Hudco Service Request & Consultation Process
1. Initial Request & Google Form Submission
Google Form Setup:
Clients complete a branded Google Form to initiate services.
The form includes:
Contact information
Organization/group details
Preferred consultation times
Type of service requested:
Workshop/Presentation (custom or general)
Consulting Service (e.g., event planning, PR/marketing, strategic planning)
Specific needs or challenges they would like addressed
Desired timeline for services
Purpose: To capture client needs, categorize requests, and direct them to the right HudCo service area.
2. Scheduling the Consultation
After form submission, a HudCo team member contacts the client within 48 hours to:
Confirm receipt of the request
Schedule a consultation call/meeting (virtual or in person)
Provide a general overview of HudCo’s service offerings
3. Consultation Session
During the consultation, HudCo staff will:
A. Needs Assessment
Review the client’s goals and challenges
Clarify expectations, budget, and timeline
Identify whether the service is:
Custom Workshop (built to their exact needs)
General Workshop (pre-developed and ready to present)
Consulting Service (strategic planning, PR/marketing, event planning, etc.)
B. Workshop Customization (if applicable)
Custom Workshops:
Clients select 2–3 standards from each curriculum area (Vision, Voice, Collaboration, Action).
HudCo facilitators build a tailored workshop around those standards.
General Workshops:
Clients may also choose from HudCo’s ready-to-present catalog of workshops with fixed objectives and outcomes.
C. Service Confirmation
The facilitator presents options, confirms final service(s), and outlines next steps.
4. Quote & Invoice Creation
After services are confirmed:
HudCo prepares a formal quote and invoice
Sent electronically within 24 hours of consultation
Payment terms and methods are clarified
5. Service Delivery
Workshops: Custom or general sessions delivered as scheduled.
Consulting Services: Execution begins according to client’s project timeline.
Follow-Up: HudCo provides a brief evaluation form and, if requested, an outcomes summary.
